A tour of Settings

What is on each of the seven tabs, so you know where to look.

Where: Your initials › Settings (More › Settings on a phone)Open in Chalkedin

Open Settings from the menu under your initials (on a phone, More). Each tab has its own Save settings button, and a change applies to the links you make from then on. Lines marked More about this fold open for the detail.

Scheduling

What you book and where.

  • What you schedule: Meetings, Appointments, Inspections, or a word of your own (Site visit, Consultation, Quote). It changes the menu, the headings, your customer’s page and the emails.
  • Where we meet: changing locations, a fixed location, or online. See Online meetings.
  • What the response page asks: Ask whether PPE is required, for site visits. If they answer yes, they can say which (safety glasses, safety shoes, hi-vis vest, or something else).
  • Rescheduling: whether your customer can suggest another time. See When they ask for another time.
  • Follow up: after how many business days an unanswered link is flagged. See Follow up and send a reminder.
