Statistics

Open Settings and choose the Statistics tab. The figures are counted from your records each time the page opens, and nothing on the tab is a setting.

• The period: This month, Last month, Last 3 months or This year.
• Month by month: links by the month they were made, with what became of them, always for the last twelve months.
• Records held: how many records still carry customer details (names, companies, email and street addresses, comments, network addresses), and how many have been cleared by the purge.

Nothing here names a customer, so the figures stay whole after the purge has cleared the details. Home shows four of them for the month so far. See Home: what to follow up and the week ahead.
