When they ask for another time
A customer who can’t make it can tell you which days and half days would suit. One click makes the new link.
What your customer can say
When they choose That time does not suit, they are asked whether another time would suit, and can tick days of the week and Morning or Afternoon, with a box for anything the ticks don’t cover (any time after 9, say). It comes back to you as a RESCHEDULE, listed first on Home, rather than a plain decline.
Make the new link
- Press Reschedule on the card under Replied, on Home, or in the email Chalkedin sent you.
- A new link opens with their details carried over, on the next date that matches what they asked for and at the time they prefer.
- Check the time, press Create link, and send it as usual.
Once a new link has been made for it, the reschedule leaves Follow up on Home.
What they are offered
Under Settings › Scheduling › Rescheduling:
- Offer another time when they decline: turned off, a decline is simply a decline.
- Offer another time on an expired link: adds a Let’s reschedule button to the page they see when a link has run out.
- Days offered and Times offered: a day you leave off is shown greyed out, so they can see it was a decision. Leave both weekend days off and neither appears.
For one customer only
On New meeting, Block reschedule days or times greys out particular days or half days on that link’s menu, without changing Settings.
