Closing your account
Ask us and we will close it. Your links stop working at once, and everything is deleted 30 days later.

Asking to close it
Send us a message from Help and feedback (choose Question), or email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.
What happens
- You can no longer sign in.
- Every link you have sent stops working at once: your customers are told it is no longer available.
- Your shared calendar link stops.
- Your records are deleted 30 days after closing, and from the backups within 14 days after that. Until then the account can be reopened exactly as it was, links included, if you change your mind.
